New ownership now and they are friendly,it’s now got real beer and sky sports. They have just started doing homemade bar food.
Definitely worth a visit

New owners since March 2010 and the place has improved beyond measure. Good beer, including two real ales, home-cooked pot meals and Sunday lunches too. Quiz night on a Tuesday and buskers’ night on a Sunday
