It is by far my favourite restaurant, with fantastic food, happy atmosphere and an authentic italian experience. It's a small establishment, and in no way fussy or pretentious- just straightforward, hearty, truly italian food. The potato skins and Carbonara are to do die for, as is the rest of the menu! My Grandad has known Alfredo and Theo for a few years now and takes me and my sisters there whenever we are visiting them in Whitley Bay. The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Sorrento's is by far my favourite restaurant and I recommend it to everyone.
