Been going to sorrentos for 17 years regularly and have NEVER had a bad meal. The sauces Alfredo cooks are to die for. A genuinely value for money eating house without being in ant way pretentious.

I have been going to Sorrento’s with my family and friends for as long as I can remember and absolutely love it. The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Sorrento’s is by far my favourite restaurant and I recommend it to everyone.

My Grandad has known Alfredo and Theo for a few years now and takes me and my sisters there whenever we are visiting them in Whitley Bay. It is by far my favourite restaurant, with fantastic food, happy atmosphere and an authentic italian experience. It’s a small establishment, and in no way fussy or pretentious- just straightforward, hearty, truly italian food.
The potato skins and Carbonara are to do die for, as is the rest of the menu!
