We got to know about Kisii from friends who visit the restaurant on a frequent basis. We have just moved from London and used to eating out alot in London and as Asians there are not many places in the North East where an Asian family can go out for a decent meal. We went as a party of eight and the food was excellent , freshily cooked and tailored to how you liked it and good and friendly service to match it . It was home style Indian cooking with the Kenyan influence and we thoroughly enjoyed our starters and main courses. Most importantly it catered for the vegetarians. We even took home what was left and it was that good and in fact I think it was better than the food we had in London . We will go there again and as Asians we can cannot recommended a better place to eat in the North East than Kisii
