Gorgeous fish and chips, lovely light batter, and the chips aren’t too greasy. Good range of other food as well, our kids love the chicken burgers and the black pudding is wonderful! The couple who run it are so friendly and its lovely to have a chat with them while you are waiting for your delicious food to be prepared, the wait is never long but the results are worth it! Highly recommend Beaches to everyone.

The best Fish and Chips served in the Whitley Bay area. The take away is run by a lovely Croatian couple and all food is freshly prepared to order. The quality is consistently excellent.

Excellent fish and chips, tried most of them around Whitley Bay, but this is the only one I use now.

Great friendly service and lovely fish and chips.
Because the fish are all cooked from fresh you may have to wait a little while (a very little while) but it’s worth it for the lovely fresh portion of fish. Usual range of choices on the menu.
