The food was poorly cooked (tough and fatty steak, overcooked vegetables and greasy chips) and the wine was awful. We were not approached at any time during our meal to ask if it was satisfactory and when we asked for the bill (the main course was so poor that we didn't stay for dessert) and explained why we were disatisfied, the staff seemed completely disinterested and didn't even apologise. The overall experience was so poor that I emailed them to complain but surprise surprise, they didn't bother to reply.
