Started off really well, nice crab starter and fresh bread, but noticed a large table next to us decked out for a 50th Birthday bash. When they turned up it was extremely noisy so that me and my wife couldn't hear each other. Fair enough if we'd been told there was a large party coming in when we booked but we weren't. Service was also very slow, precedence was given to 50th party and we were made to wait. Shame really as the food was excellent, if on the expensive side (from a la carte menu). I'd go back but would request a table in the first section of the restaurant in future so that you're sheltered from large groups in the adjacent room. Ate at Bay (Leaf) Bistro tonight (Saturday).
