tried to order a £40 order on just eat no mention of a delivery area they rejected the order after it was placed (it took the staff of just eat to tell me nothing from resteraunt) apparantly we are over the 5 mile limit funny that as i make the journy from my hose to my buisness just along the street 6 days a week for the last 4 years and it only ever clock 3 and a half miles and according to the aa route planner its 4 miles ? phoned them and they said we dont deliver to ne29 because its not a nice area ! the bloody cheek i would avoid this place like the plauge !!!!!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in Whitley Bay. The food is superb which keeps coming back! But the service is a bit slow…

The Takeaway service is terrible ..i drove down for a carry out last night…the food was diabolical…tasted was enough… it was without a doubt horrible,worst i have ever been served anywhere… On phoning to complain i got the guy who served me,,,he was apologetic but that didnt help me with the money i paid.
I used to go there regularly with my wife and we always said it was the best in the area…all i can say its changed hands for the worse…so avoid any carry outs 25% reduction or not

Take-away/delivery service is diabolical.

Rang up to order a delivery and first thing I checked was whether they deliver to our street, I was told yes. An hour later, still no food. We then got a phone call to say they wouldn’t be bringing it because our street isn’t part of the town. That’s news to us and probably to Royal Mail too. Staff were surly on the phone when it was queried and no apology was made – why say they deliver here and then wait over an hour to say they don’t?!

This is our favourite restaurant around and it’s always the place we go to for celebrations. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is always perfect. Our Young children are always welcomed and always receive a little bag of sweets (but always after we are asked first). If you haven’t been then try it, you won’t be disappointed.
